Refund & Return Policy
Returns of Products
Every product you buy from us has been stored properly and comes directly from an authorized manufacturer, as part of our commitment to you.
As a result, we do not accept returns if you change your mind, even if you have not yet opened it. In the case of a medical allergy proven by one of our skincare team members, we will consider EXCHANGES of skincare. This must occur as quickly as possible in order for us to consider a return. We have the right to substitute a more suitable product. If you believe this has occurred, schedule a Skin Consultation and we will examine your skin at no cost.
We do not provide refunds for treatments based on results. Due to the variable nature of human skin, it is impossible to guarantee any specific results from a treatment.
Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer or promotional voucher. No rainchecks apply. No refunds or substitutions available for promotions, for example if you don’t want something which is in a promotional package, you cannot exchange it for something else. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on promotional offers.
Refund on treatment
We do not provide refunds for treatments based on results or if you change your mind. Due to the variable nature of human skin, it is impossible to guarantee any specific results from a treatment.
Reaction to a treatment
An in-clinic consultation is required to confirm a true reaction. If your doctor confirms a true reaction, we will suggest the best treatment to exchange for. We will issue an account credit for the entire series amount paid, then deduct any treatments you have already had at full price. The remaining value can be used to pay for the treatment recommended by the doctor to switch to. There are no refunds available.
Modification to The Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice; we will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Others
ZIUR Wellness Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for an economic loss or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.
Reserved Rights
Any complaints and queries regarding our services and products will be reviewed carefully by the team and answered with the best possible solution within 48 working hours from the receipt.
